  • All oral and written communication between Venture Resolution and any engaged party(ies) is without prejudice, strictly confidential, and privileged.
  • Venture Resolution’s team cannot be compelled to testify, disclose information, give evidence, or be called as an expert or consultant in any arbitration, judicial proceeding, appeal, or international tribunal.
  • Any negotiations and contracts Venture Resolution enters into and signs, or disputes we mediate and settle between parties or across borders, are binding and enforceable in local, national, and international courts and tribunals.
